“He who was seated on the throne said, 'I am making everything new!'  Then he  said, 'Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.'  He said to me: 'It is done.'" (Rev.21:5-6a NIV)

God speaks at the end of the written word. It is guaranteed!  It is settled! “I am making everything new!”  The process has already begun.  As we trust Christ as our savior, we receive a new birth; a new life is given to us within. We are told that we are a new creation; the old is gone and the new has come.  God is doing something completely new in our lives.

When Christ returns in his glory, we are promised a new body that will be like his. It will last for eternity. God is making all things new! Then he speaks of a new heavens and new earth where everything will be right. No more rebellion, no sin, no death. What a place!

Why does God tells us these things?  God wants to know and partake of this new life he offers to all. None are excluded.  Jesus told his first disciples to go to the ends of the earth and tell them the good news. We hear and understand these things, then we put our lives in his hands so he can take us step by step into all that he has planned.

Jesus has told us; “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to God the father except through him. It is time to be definite and choose God’s way.  Christ will be the author and finisher of our faith. He will get us to the desired place.  The words are trustworthy and true. It will happen!  “It is done”  Let us all be a part of it!.
